- WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Most products are free sizes and adjustable – like rings and most bracelets. If there is a custom size requirement for a bangle/ring, feel free to contact us and we will help you with it.
- ARE THE COLOURS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
We cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen's display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site. We try our best to give you an accurate image and detailed information to help you choose your pieces and be confident about your purchases. - WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
Since most of our pieces focus on natural, semi precious stones and we love playing with different shapes and unique gemstones, we may have items which are unique and cannot be replicated. These pieces can go out of stock and if you wish to purchase a piece that is out of stock, you can write in to us with the product code/image and we will help you in the best way possible.
- CAN I RE-ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS SOLD OUT ON THE WEBSITE?
Yes, you can place a request for pieces that are out of stock – we bring our pieces back in stock most of the times. If it is not possible to replicate a piece, we will notify you over email/whatsapp of the circumstances and help you with other options. If we can make the piece that is out of stock, we will let you know about the delivery time that will be taken (mostly around 3 weeks).
- WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments via debit and credit cards.For orders within India, we also offer Cash on Delivery. Bank transfers are accepted upon special request – please contact us for any other specific clarification.

- IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.
- DO YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
- CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.
- CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET DELIVERED?
Orders within India are shipped through Delhivery. All orders are delivered within 3-4 working days after dispatch.Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch and is not applicable during national holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
